This 6 or 12-week program of Direct Embodied Experience Includes:

You will learn how to:
Create a Safe Space in the body
Find a baseline of ease
Move in and out of the baseline comfortably
Identify inside and outside boundaries both physically and emotionally
Each session will explore different movement and embodiment concepts and modalities tailored to your specific needs and interests to cultivate a practice of curiosity and widen the body’s movement literacy and window of tolerance.
We will co-create the journey, letting your needs emerge and my offering adapts to each new information, adapting fluidly within the strong structure of technical wisdom.
